Deleting your data

You can remove what SheppardSocial holds about you at any time.

A connected social account

1. In Studio, open Accounts.
2. Press Disconnect on the account.

Its access token is deleted at once, and nothing more is published to it or read from it. You can also remove SheppardSocial from the network’s own settings: on Facebook and Instagram, under Settings › Apps and websites.

A mailbox

Open Mailboxes, open the mailbox, and press Remove. Its password is deleted at once.

Everything

Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete your account, your mailboxes, and any workspace you are the only owner of, with its posts, pictures and connected accounts, within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
